Hey, I'm Pete.
Five years ago, I was working 50 hour weeks in a corporate job, sat at a desk all day, feeling tight, restricted, and in pain. And it was my golf that paid the price. I was losing distance, struggling to rotate, and every round felt like a battle with my own body.
Eventually I decided enough was enough. But after trying the conventional options available to golfers (yoga, pilates, generic gym plans) I found that none of it fit together, and it left me short on time & with no results to show for it. Gradually, I began piecing together an approach that trained the core attributes every golfer needs, gradually fixing my body and reversing the problems in my game.
That journey pushed me to become a personal trainer, and eventually a Level 2 Fitness Coach with the Titleist Performance Institute. Since then, I’ve helped dozens of golfers improve their mobility, build strength, and finally have a body that supports their swing instead of working against it.
When you join the 14 Day workshop, I’ll walk you through the exact process I use to help golfers strengthen the connection between their body and their golf swing & build the long term habits they need to sustain their game.
Learn what real mobility looks like, by testing yourself against the best golfers in the world. Identify the weak links in your body and start fixing the issues holding back your game.
Unlock the two areas of your body that prevent 90% of golfers from rotating properly. Follow a daily 5 minute routine designed to help you to hit better positions in your swing.
It's not because you're old or have bad genetics. Get to the root cause of your poor mobility and develop habits that will allow you play your best golf, for longer.

I came to Pete struggling with mobility, energy, and flexibility. This is the healthiest I’ve been in nearly 10 years. I’m more confident, enjoying the process, and actually seeing the benefits on and off the course.
You’ve kept me accountable without being unrealistic, and it’s great having someone who understands both fitness and golf.
I’m down almost 30 pounds, under 200 for the first time since high school, and my driver swing speed has even gone up a few miles an hour. The programme fits perfectly around my busy schedule, keeps things varied, and never feels overwhelming. I’d recommend it to any golfer who wants to get fitter and play better.

When I started, I already had some gym experience, but mobility was always the missing piece. The stretches and routines you’ve shown me have made a huge difference. I’m more mobile now, and I’m swinging with far less back pain.
The biggest improvement is being able to hit balls for a full evening without my back flaring up. That’s something I couldn’t do before.
Overall, the programme has been great. Everything’s been easy to follow, and I can actually feel the benefits on the course. I’d definitely recommend it.

"Working with Pete has genuinely changed how I look after myself. For the first time in years, taking care of my body feels doable and part of my day rather than a chore. I’m only a third of the way through the programme, but my habits, mindset, and energy already feel completely different.
I’m a bit of an overthinker by nature, but having Pete on WhatsApp has been a lifesaver. He’s always there with a quick nudge, some reassurance, or a reality check when I need it. He’s thorough, supportive, and actually meets you where you’re at rather than where you should be."
