SOUND FAMILIAR?
Another lesson. A new Driver. A different course strategy. Your swing hasn't changed, and your equipment is better than it was 10 years ago.
And yet, you're playing a different game. The friends you used to outdrive are now suddenly 20 yards past you. The first few holes are spent loosening up, and by the time you reach the 15th tee, your focus is fading faster than the energy your legs.
Somewhere after 30, your technique and practice stopped being the problem, and your body became the limiting factor in your game.
The good news: it's easy to fix. It doesn't take up hours every week. You see the proof in 7 days.
Holding your swing together
x You're hitting an iron into greens where you used to hit a wedge, and you refuse put yourself through another swing change.
x Your backswing looks a little shorter every time you film yourself on the range, and struggling to rotate as well as you used to.
x The rounds where you shoot below or close to your handicap are getting fewer and further between.
x On the last few holes, you're not thinking about scoring anymore. You're just trying to hold your swing together.
Playing your best golf again
You have the same swing, but you have a wedge back in your hand instead of an iron.
You're hitting the positions your coach is showing you in your lessons, instead of working around what your body can't do.
You're still making a full turn & confident swing on the 17th tee.
And for the first time in a long time, you feel that your best golf is ahead of you.
10-15 minutes a day - No Gym - No swing changes

My grandad got me into golf as a teenager. Over the years, I watched him go from carrying his clubs, to needing a trolley, to needing a buggy. Watching the person who introduced me to golf gradually lose the ability to play it planted a seed.
Years later I then started having my own issues in my hip and shoulder. But like most golfers, the first place I looked for a fix was my swing. It took a dozen lessons and a new set of irons before I realised the real problem was the 50-hour weeks sat behind a computer and ignoring the warning signs my body was sending me
I've now got two young boys, and one day I want to take them out for their first round of golf. So what started as a personal mission to get back to my best turned into a bit of an obsession: years of education, a certification with the Titleist Performance Institute, and a lot of trial and error.
This week, I'll share the methods that got me heading back in the right direction, and that I now use with every golfer I coach.

Mobilise, activate, prime: the 10-minute warm-up that increases club head speed and ball striking.
Retake your tests, see what's moved, then join me live to find out what your results mean.
Why knowing what to do and following through are two different things.
