Hi, I'm Pete.
I thought I needed to do everything: yoga, mobility routines, strength training, speed sticks... if it promised more distance, I gave it a go.
The problem? As a dad of two running a business, I couldn't spend six or seven days a week training, simply wasn't sustainable.
Over the last few years, I've developed a simple golf performance framework that helps golfers build the mobility, strength and speed they actually need in just 90 minutes a week.
During this free 7-day challenge, I'll show you exactly how it works.

Hi, I'm Pete.
When I first started trying to get fit for golf, I thought the answer was to try and do everything: yoga, YouTube mobility routines, lifting weights, and swinging speed sticks.
But as a dad of two running my own business, spending hours in the gym, 6-7 days a week just wasn't realistic.
The frustrating part wasn't just feeling tight and stiff in everyday life. It was watching my golf slowly unravel before my eyes at the weekend.
What started as a mission to fix my own body soon became an obsession with understanding how golfers should really train.
During this free 7 day challenge, I'll walk you through the 90 minute Golf Performance System I've developed based on my own experiences, and experience working with everyday golfers.
Step 1. Assess, don't guess.
Identify the limitations that are holding you back on the course & get clarity on how to improve.
Step 2.Build Your Foundation.

Step 3: Play Better Golf For Longer

You don't need An Elite programme or 'better' exercises. You need A plan built for you.
Step 1. Assess, don't guess.
Swing changes won't fix physical limitations. Find out what's holding you back on the course & get clarity on where you need to improve.
Step 2.Build Your Foundation.
Do the basics, and do them well. Build a Gameplan that improves your mobility, strength and speed for the course... without spending hours in the gym every week.

Implement a complete Golf Performance System that will help you outplay your friends for decades.
Rebuilding Your Body & Confidence
I came to Pete struggling with mobility, energy, and flexibility. This is the healthiest I’ve been in nearly 10 years. I’m more confident, enjoying the process, and actually seeing the benefits on and off the course. He's kept me accountable without being unrealistic, and it’s great having someone who understands both fitness and golf. I’m down almost 30lbs, under 200lbs for the first time since high school, and my driver swing speed has even gone up a few miles an hour. The programme fits perfectly around my busy schedule, keeps things varied, and never feels overwhelming. I’d recommend it to any golfer who wants to get fitter and play better.
When I started, I already had some gym experience, but mobility was always the missing piece. The stretches and routines Pete showed me have made a huge difference. I’m more mobile now, and I’m swinging with far less back pain. The biggest improvement is being able to hit balls for a full evening without my back flaring up. That’s something I couldn’t do before. Overall, the programme has been great. Everything’s been easy to follow, and I can actually feel the benefits on the course. I’d definitely recommend it.
"Working with Pete has genuinely changed how I look after myself. For the first time in years, taking care of my body feels doable and part of my day rather than a chore. I’m only a third of the way through the programme, but my habits, mindset, and energy already feel completely different. I’m a bit of an overthinker by nature, but having Pete on WhatsApp has been a lifesaver. He’s always there with a quick nudge, some reassurance, or a reality check when I need it. He’s thorough, supportive, and actually meets you where you’re at rather than where you should be." Mads Boetker
The biggest thing for me has been how much stronger I feel late in a round. I used to fade coming home, but recently I scored 11 Stableford points over the last 3 holes in a competition, which would have been unthinkable before. I’ve actually won two competitions in the last five weeks too. I’m sure better fitness has played a part in that. Having a plan to follow, and trusting it, has made a huge difference.
What I’ve enjoyed most is having a clear programme I can trust. Before, I was guessing and watching alot of youtube. Now I know what I’m doing and why I’m doing it. I feel better physically, I’m sleeping better, and I can feel the difference on the course. Honestly, it feels good knowing my body is helping my golf rather than holding it back.
